Job Opening at CCN: Director of Membership & Provider Relations
Compassionate Care Network (CCN) has immediate opening for a talented, energetic and dependable individual to join its team as Director of Membership & Provider Relations.
- This position requires building relationships with established CCN providers and reaching out to new providers to encourage them to join the network.
- It requires some basic knowledge of the health care market, with an ability to explain various health care products offered through CCN and to educate people on the benefits of CCN membership and preventive care.
- It requires the ability to work with minimal supervision; and a passion to serve the community. Some weekend assignments may be needed.
- The candidate MUST be able to demonstrate excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and use of the Internet.
- This is a part time position which can lead to a full time offer and allows for flexible work hours.
- Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
About Compassionate Care Network
CCN's mission is to promote health awareness and provide access to affordable health care for the uninsured. CCN was established in 2004 and serves mainly the residents of Chicago and its suburbs. At present there are over 120 providers in the network which includes physicians, dentists, chiropractors, podiatrists, optometrists and physical therapists. In addition there are 6 labs,13 imaging centers and several Home Health agencies. . Over 3500 individuals are currently enrolled. Weekly free health screenings and health talks are conducted at different locations within the community.
